Public sector entities in Serbia are required to establish and maintain a financial management and control (FMC) system, a framework of policies, procedures, and activities that, by managing risk, gives reasonable assurance that the entity's objectives will be achieved economically, efficiently, and effectively.
We provide both advisory services and full implementation. We work alongside your management to design controls that fit your organization, document procedures, train staff, and embed monitoring routines.
As part of the FMC framework, we develop a system for managing irregularities, the mechanism for detecting, recording, and acting on reports of suspected irregularities within the organization.
